Manager, FSP 360 – Sponsor Dedicated
Syneos Health
• Responsible for interacting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders • Manage team members’ performance in line with project deliverables • Accountable for direct supervision of FSP360 multifunctional staff • Develop and foster strong relationships with customers at a local level • Participate in managing the resource availability for the team members • Solicit feedback from customer for continuous improvement • Ensure quality and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures • Drive revenue by attracting, selecting and retaining the right talent
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent related experience
- Extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company
- Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills; both written and spoken
- Strong time management, technical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts related to forecasting and budgeting
- Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
- Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
