• Administer and monitor Oracle production databases (logs, backups, performance, and security) • Manage users, access controls, patching, and database recovery processes • Develop and optimize database objects (PL/SQL, SQL tuning) • Analyze performance using AWR, ADDM, and execution plans • Execute data processing tasks: data loading, transformation, validation, and client delivery • Ensure data quality through QC processes, documentation, and reporting • Support development teams and respond to client data requests • Participate in change management, disaster recovery planning, and process improvements

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch field personnel accordingly • Monitor and track the status of jobs throughout the workday to ensure timely completion • Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts • Use routing software and other tools to optimize technician schedules and travel times • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses in the relevant systems • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to improve dispatch processes and customer satisfaction

• Support with Clients' onboarding processes. • Oversee the health of each partnership. • Proactively address instances of misalignment. • Ensure a productive and supportive working relationship for the long haul. • Facilitate calls with Clients and Divers to ensure alignment. • Manage Client dissatisfaction or misalignment proactively and reactively. • Maintain infrastructure to support satisfaction and growth. • Act as the voice of the Client in the internal development process.

• Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de conectividad en ambientes corporativos. • Analizar incidentes relacionados con redes, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, ruteo, NAT y balanceadores de carga. • Participar en cambios productivos, migraciones de infraestructura y pruebas de continuidad operativa. • Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura, cloud, seguridad, aplicaciones y proveedores externos. • Documentar configuraciones, topologías de red, flujos de comunicación y procedimientos técnicos. • Participar en relevamientos técnicos y definición de arquitecturas de conectividad. • Garantizar la correcta comunicación entre sistemas, usuarios, datacenters y plataformas cloud. • Contribuir a iniciativas de resiliencia tecnológica y planes de recuperación ante desastres (DRP).
