• Support with Clients' onboarding processes. • Oversee the health of each partnership. • Proactively address instances of misalignment. • Ensure a productive and supportive working relationship for the long haul. • Facilitate calls with Clients and Divers to ensure alignment. • Manage Client dissatisfaction or misalignment proactively and reactively. • Maintain infrastructure to support satisfaction and growth. • Act as the voice of the Client in the internal development process.
Job Requirements
