• Durchführung von Erstgesprächen mit Patient*innen über den Chat, sobald sie unserer Plattform beitreten. • Zuweisung des am besten geeigneten Präventions- oder Interventionsdienstes entsprechend ihren Bedürfnissen. • Identifizierung und Klärung der psychologischen Anliegen der Patient*innen. • Unterstützung der Operations-Abteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben.
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie.
- Berechtigung zur Ausübung psychologischer oder therapeutischer Tätigkeiten gemäß den Anforderungen des jeweiligen Wohn- oder Tätigkeitslandes.
- Mindestens sechs Monate Erfahrung in der psychologischen oder therapeutischen Arbeit mit Klient:innen.
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Spanisch (B2-C1) – zwingend erforderlich.
- Gute technische Kompetenzen und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln.
- Verfügbarkeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 17:00 und 24:00 Uhr (CET).
- Selbstständige, organisierte und empathische Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
