• Design and build production-grade LLM-powered agents and workflows within Smartsheet, including architecture decisions on system design, data pipelines, and deployment strategies • Develop and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and agent reasoning patterns; build evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, hallucination rates, and performance across model versions • Implement and manage end-to-end AI systems on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including monitoring, optimization, and incident response • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions that drive real impact • Mentor and guide other engineers on applied ML best practices, modern AI development patterns, and production considerations • Establish best practices and standards for AI development, model governance, and responsible AI within the organization • Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI/LLM landscape and evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and techniques for Smartsheet's needs

Responsibilities - Diseñar y construir arquitecturas de IA generativa y LLMs personalizadas end-to-end, sobre el ecosistema Microsoft (Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Fabric...). - Evaluar la viabilidad técnica de los casos de uso y trazar la hoja de ruta tecnológica junto a equipos de negocio y datos. - Desarrollar, adaptar y poner en producción soluciones avanzadas de IA, ajustando y afinando modelos existentes sobre datos propios (fine-tuning, retraining). - Integrar la IA con sistemas empresariales y plataformas de datos, impulsando la adopción cross-functional. - Colaborar de forma activa y directa con equipos internacionales (España, Suiza, Alemania) y multidisciplinares, aportando visión técnica y de producto. - Ser referente técnico y hands-on, sin perder de vista la posible evolución a team lead en el futuro próximo. Qualifications - Experiencia probada (5+ años) en desarrollo y arquitectura de soluciones de IA generativa y LLMs, preferentemente sobre tecnologías Microsoft. - Sólido background en data engineering, arquitectura de datos y software engineering. - Dominio de herramientas como Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, Azure AI, Dataverse, Cowork, etc. - Capacidad práctica para adaptar, ajustar y mejorar modelos existentes: fine-tuning, retraining y customización real sobre datos propios. - Experiencia en integración de IA con plataformas empresariales y ecosistemas complejos. - Orientación a la excelencia técnica: código limpio, escalabilidad, despliegue en producción y visión de producto. - Habilidad para trabajar en entornos cambiantes, multidisciplinares e internacionales de alta exigencia. - Nivel de inglés fluido (mínimo C1). - Mentalidad autónoma, colaborativa y orientada a resultados. - Se valorará experiencia en consultoría con proyectos end-to-end, aunque se prioriza perfil de producto.
