• Diagnose the biggest growth or operational bottleneck in the business • Build structured solutions to remove constraints in revenue, conversion, retention, or delivery • Turn ambiguous problems into clear execution plans • Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end • Move quickly from problem → solution → implementation • Work directly with the founder on fast-moving priorities across marketing, sales, and operations • Build SOPs, dashboards, and operating systems • Translate founder knowledge into repeatable, scalable processes • Improve operational reliability across the business • Work across marketing, sales, student delivery, and operations • Identify friction in funnels and internal workflows and remove it • Ensure execution actually happens—not just plans**
Job Requirements
- 1–4 years in a high-intensity role (startup, scale-up, or founder-led environment)
- Proven **ownership mindset** — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong bias for action — you execute in hours, not days
- Structured thinking — you can break messy problems into clear steps
- High comfort with ambiguity and rapid context switching
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in small teams (<20 people) preferred
