Paired
• Edit and enhance images for digital platforms, ensuring high visual quality and consistency • Create composites, retouch photos, and manipulate images for marketing and content needs • Develop thumbnails, banners, and other visual assets for platforms such as YouTube, social media, and websites • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and project requirements • Optimize images for different platforms and formats • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Imaging Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required); experience with Illustrator, Lightroom, or After Effects is a plus
- Solid understanding of composition, color grading, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Experience in photo manipulation, retouching, and compositing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience creating YouTube thumbnails or social media visuals (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with AI image tools and workflows (Nice to Have)
