• Edit and enhance images for digital platforms, ensuring high visual quality and consistency • Create composites, retouch photos, and manipulate images for marketing and content needs • Develop thumbnails, banners, and other visual assets for platforms such as YouTube, social media, and websites • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and project requirements • Optimize images for different platforms and formats • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

• Oversee daily facility operations across multiple locations. • Ensure offices remain clean, organized, safe, and aligned with brand standards. • Schedule and supervise ongoing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleaning services. • Source, vet, and manage service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, general contractors, etc.). • Assist in analyzing bids, negotiating contracts, maintain vendor records, and track performance. • Handle significant ongoing follow-up across multiple projects and vendors. • Ensure vendor alignment with leadership preferences and project timelines. • Manage multiple facility projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Track outstanding tasks, request updates, and maintain organized documentation. • Act as the main point of contact for facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Work closely with tech team, tech directors, designers and producers to build interactive experiences, real-time graphics systems, web projects, video games, and physical installations. • Carry projects from inception through completion — prototype, develop, deliver, and support our custom-built technology solutions. • Integrate hardware and participate in client-facing interactions, being embedded in the larger creative and problem-solving process.
