Job Description

Consultant – Sage 100

CBIZ

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Sage 100 ERP, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support • Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance using Sage 100 • Customize and configure Sage 100 modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.) based on client needs • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Sage 100 environments • Conduct user training and develop supporting documentation to ensure successful system adoption • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice recommendations and solution roadmaps • Coordinate with internal technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors as required • Stay up to date with the latest Sage 100 features, updates, and industry trends to inform client recommendations • Contribute to proposal development and sales support as a subject matter expert when required

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in related field
  • Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Competence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques.
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business need
