• Assist clients by successfully managing and implementing Sage Intacct following the prescribed implementation methodology. • Analyze and document system and business requirements. • Set up system and configure according to client requirements. • Develop test scripts for client’s testing phase. • Train end-users on the Sage Intacct. • Make recommendations for new processes and procedures. • Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Sage Intacct. • Set up and configure 3rd party integration tools. • Work closely with the sales team and other support team members to coordinate the completion of project tasks. • Provide regular written reports on project status for use internally and with clients. • Manage projects with ability to keep projects on time and on budget. • Provide technical support to clients as needed. • Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, and contribution to the knowledge base library. • Recognize functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code and ISV solutions. • Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are being met. • Manage complex projects from beginning to end. • Research and/or escalate complex software issues to identify improvements and opportunities. • Work with developers and other team members to define client enhancement needs. • Other duties as needed/assigned.

• Lead specific parts of Acumatica projects while continuing to expand Acumatica expertise and consulting skills. • Work on new client implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities. • Implement and support Acumatica ERP for new and existing customers. • Perform design, product configuration, testing, data conversion, and go-live support. • Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans. • Establish and maintain a “trusted advisor” relationship with customers; negotiate resolutions to business, process, or functional issues with business stakeholders. • Complete and provide weekly status reports. • Follow Acumatica’s implementation methodologies. • Achieve utilization targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate expert proficiency in at least one main focus area and intermediate proficiency in at least two others; obtain appropriate certifications and build industry expertise. • Lead requirements gathering and design activities; oversee configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities for medium-sized or complex projects. • Proactively communicate status, issues, and concerns to the director, project manager, and/or architect/lead. • Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure team members follow internal Implementation Methodology and best practices.

• Responsible for analyzing organizational benefits performance, reporting, market trends and conditions and recommending changes to ensure the overall benefit program(s) are competitive • Provide recommendations based on gap analysis, benchmarking and trends regarding the strategic design, development and administration of plans • Assist the Benefits Leader with any changes or additions to the benefit programs as a direct result of legislative mandatory changes, management decisions, cost effective modifications to the plans or plan design changes to affect a timely and well documented communicated change • Responsible for vendor management as assigned • This includes but is not limited to facilitating regularly scheduled meetings, completing initiatives timely, proactively setting expectations and managing vendor(s) to those expectations as well as a vendor scorecard/dashboard mechanism • Responsible for full cycle implementations as assigned • Creating, managing and ensuring project(s) meet deadlines and objectives for a successful implementation and overall experience for team members • Responsible for leading and completing enrollment and conversion initiatives as assigned • This includes understanding all plan design changes and how it will impact team members and working with the vendors on updating processes that would be impacted by design changes • Escalating issues when appropriate and managing decisions within scope • Assist with completing analysis in data warehouse and compare data to vendor reporting as needed • Has the ability to identify discrepancies, create charts to illustrate findings, and can provide detailed and in-depth rationale about the findings and analysis • Responsible for reviewing and compiling reports in Microsoft Excel • This includes but is not limited to the ability to run pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, graphs, and analyze large amounts of data • Key liaison for more complex benefit assignments; providing guidance and education to team members, Finance, Treasury, Legal and site HR and consultants related to the interpretation and administration of the benefit program policies and procedures • Provides recommendations and content changes as the subject matter expert to various communication materials, such as newsletters, slide shows, video programs and other written forms of team member communication to increase knowledge of how the benefit programs work
