Pine Services Group
• Provide insights during roadmap discussions for future IP. • Lead development initiatives and mentor junior developers. • Lead architectural discussions for complex projects. • Become a subject matter expert in current technology, including but not limited to: • Fuuz • Jsonata • GraphQL • Lead client discussions and offer solutions. • Execute solution demonstrations involving Fuuz and other IP. • Support multiple concurrent development projects. • Deliver exceptional customer support experiences. • Respond to requests for information and assist with proposal creation. • Prepare and deliver presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients. • Partner with service delivery teams to ensure effective requirements/design knowledge transfer after sale. • Participate in meetings and regular communication with clients and colleagues. • Cultivate further subject matter expertise through ongoing learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven expertise in integration solutions and business processes from both a technical and functional perspective.
- Ability to execute customer-facing software demonstrations.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to engage C-level and operations personnel about ERP system requirements.
- Professional demeanor and strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- A strong desire to learn and openness to feedback.
- Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and provide training and mentoring.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Well-organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and high standards.
