Senior Planning Operations CoE Manager

• Lead global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Control Tower cadence across demand, supply, and execution teams • Provide visibility into risks and opportunities across the global order book • Facilitate Supply & Demand Matching Exercises (SDM) • Drive cross-functional alignment on trade-offs and prioritization • Monitor service levels, OTIF, and fulfillment outcomes • Define and operationalize allocation strategies by channel, region, and customer priority • Align segmentation with commercial strategy and margin objectives • Continuously refine segmentation using performance insights • Identify and close order book gaps through supply planning exercises • Coordinate with supply planning and procurement to drive buying actions • Track revenue recovery and gap closure effectiveness • Harmonize global S&OP processes and tools • Lead adoption of new ways of working, including training and communication • Measure success through adoption rates, efficiency gains, and OTIF improvements • Gather feedback and collaborate with cross-functional partners on change management.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent years of experience (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a high growth cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio (Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and demand-supply balancing
- Knowledge of SDM, channel segmentation, and inventory optimization
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense
- Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and champion collaboration
- Expert level proficiency Microsoft Office applications
