• Own projects from inception, including defining project scope, objectives, governance, and success criteria from the ground up • Establish and maintain all project artifacts (e.g. charter, project plans, schedules, budgets, risk & issue logs, status reports) • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMO standards • Define priorities, timelines, resources, and dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders • Proactively manage risks, issues, and change throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective execution • Communicate progress clearly through regular status updates and stakeholder reporting • Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in project delivery and processes utilizing AI tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to include Smartsheets, Jira, copilot
- Experience with using AI tools for business and project management
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery models
- Experience with business and process design
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate change
- Self-starter mindset with confidence managing conflict and ambiguity.
- Exposure to third-party delivery models and vendor management
- Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus.
