Veregy
• Provide overall project management responsibilities assuring the successful delivery of complex guaranteed energy savings infrastructure projects (ESPCs). • Perform project risk assessments, ensure safety standards are being met, provide job cost reporting and forecasting. • Direct activities of assistant project managers, site superintendents and site quality managers assigned to their projects. • Work closely with site safety managers that are assigned to their projects. • Assist in project development with reviewing bid packages, walking sub-contracts, reviewing and approving project estimates.
Job Requirements
- 15 + years of experience managing multi-million-dollar, complex MEP facility upgrade projects responsible for project financials and schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent education with PMP certification.
- Experience managing projects with the Federal government projects is preferred.
- Direct experience managing large Federal ESPC projects is highly preferred.
- Remote position with approximately 25% to 50% travel requirement to project construction sites depending on construction activities.
