• Independently manage and coordinate engineering/field service resources on smaller projects or portions of a larger program • Work closely with assigned Project Manager(s) to coordinate contract execution on larger projects/programs • Provide planning services to assist project team with equipment and engineering deliverable issues on projects • Interface with various functions within the business to monitor status of the project and ensure timely execution of project requirements and deliverables • Track, compile, and report financial performance across projects including cost/labor reports • Support relevant and data-driven project schedules per customer requirements and develop reports to maximize critical path visibility to the project team while focusing on overall On-Time Delivery

• manage emergent customer needs to address technical challenges for operating nuclear power plants • act as first line of contact for customers with emergent technical needs • manage technical projects from customer inquiry to project closure • provide leadership and project management for assigned projects • ensure project management practices are followed in accordance with business policies and projects are delivered within schedule and cost constraints • identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary • ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and business policies • monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders • negotiate contract terms and manage change orders as needed to address project scope changes or non-standard events • mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing expertise and best practices • develop specialized knowledge in nuclear energy and stay updated on the latest technical developments in the field • use technical expertise for data analysis to support project decisions and recommendations

• Support the delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects, gaining exposure to projects ranging from $10M to $200M in value • Assist in managing customer relationships — learning to communicate effectively, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Contribute to contract management activities including reporting, tracking receivables, monitoring change orders, and supporting claim resolution • Track and report on key project metrics including safety, quality, schedule, cost, and cash flow under the guidance of senior project managers • Coordinate with internal teams — working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and field services to support product delivery and commissioning • Maintain project documentation — keeping records, action logs, risk registers, and status reports accurate and up to date • Participate in customer and internal meetings — developing your communication and stakeholder management skills in a professional setting • Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all project activities

• Lead physical due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, and major capital investment opportunities. • Develop and underwrite written value-add investment plans for inter-company coordination as well as Operator engagement. • Conduct site visits to evaluate physical plant condition and recommend value-add renovation scope(s) and Major CapEx requirements. • Coordinate with Capital Team to determine which items scheduled for CapEx could or should be completed in conjunction with Redevelopment. • Develop and defend capital expenditure assumptions utilized in acquisition underwriting and investment committee approvals. • Select and engage all designers, planners, engineers, architects, decorators, and other third-party consultants as necessary. • Prioritize capital deployment across regional portfolios based on investment returns, asset needs, strategic objectives, and operational impact. • Present and obtain internal ownership approvals for the project including market justification, unit interior and common area / amenity scope, cost, financial return, and business justification. • Oversee and ensure the obtaining of all permits, external approvals, entitlements, and licenses necessary for project development.
