Project Manager I – Energy

• Assist in the development/engineering of qualified projects during the RFP/RFQ process. • Oversee the onsite project operations for individual small to large scale projects. • Provide leadership at the project level by managing the Owner, Architect, Engineer and Subcontractor team towards a satisfied Customer. • Manage Risk proactively, with the assistance of the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) by prioritizing tasks to mitigate/eliminate risk. • Manage the budget process by updating the required work to complete on a regular basis and reports projections and forecast to the RCL monthly. • Leads and manages logistics of the project, including set-up and planning, schedule management, materials and supplies, and quality control. • Leads and manages subcontractors, coordinating and attending meetings, and ensuring safety. • Ensure work is performed within budget and ahead of schedule and according to specifications. • Offers timely input regarding project schedules for resource planning. • Provide required closeout documentation, including commissioning documents, as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, acceptance signoffs, and warranty letters.
Project Developer III

• The Project Developer III is responsible for the collection of information of the design requirements for a building project by interacting with clients to identify project specifications and budgets. • Utilizing programming information, the Developer, Project III produces schematic designs and floor plans that depict the scope of work for facility improvements that meet the requirements of the client. • Identifies construction materials, produces cost estimates for the defined construction work and collaborates with the development team members for the development of scopes of work for all trades required for the implementation of the project. • Responsible for the transfer of project information and ideas to building design consultants as they supervise the production of construction documents. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Project Team, and Subcontractors. • Communicates regularly with all team members regarding project development progress, open and closed tasks and issues. • Participates in customer facing presentations throughout the development process. • Conduct facility walk-thru to identify/verify preliminary scope items. • Prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the general construction Improvement Measures that address customer needs. • Provide facility existing building construction condition descriptions and general construction improvement explanations. • Verify Feasibility cost estimates. • Develop conceptual floor plans and elevation drawings for Presentation to Owner. • Update the development timeline, budget and project development control index. • Develop detailed General Construction Scopes of Work, Specifications and Preliminary Implementation Schedule. • Facilitate subcontractor pre-bid meeting and facility walk-thru with Regional Operations Manager and Project Engineer. • Address any Requests for Information on General Construction items. • Receive subcontractor bids and review for completeness. • Finalize costs and access project risk with the Regional Operations Manager and Project Engineer. • Build the Final Project Estimate. • Assist the Account Manager with the compilation of the final proposal document and prepare presentation drawings/renderings as necessary for the RFP Response and potential interview. • Participate in project interviews. • Assemble schematic/design development package for transfer to third-party Architects. • Engage third-party consultants for design assistance, contract documents or code review. • Define final project scope and revise Scope of Work Documents to rebid as necessary. • Finalize the Project Estimate. • Assist with the Final Contract preparation. • Participate in final Turnover Meeting with the Development and Operations Teams. • Assist the Regional Operations Manager with the review of Submittals and Shop Drawings. • Support the Project Manager as required during Construction. • Note: The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.

Engineer II – Controls

• The Project Engineer will quickly gain an understanding and working knowledge of Veregy’s Digital Service and Building Automation offerings. • The individual will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of digital services including various maintenance programs, energy analytics, and building automation services. • Responsible for the timely delivery of energy optimization services for building automation systems, project implementation of digital service contracts, and management of associated software services. • Oversight of engineering support, creating and maintaining project schedules, direct customer interaction, periodic owner training sessions, progress reporting, contract management, and project budget management. • Design, program, monitor, maintain, and optimize building automation systems and graphical user interfaces. • Participate in project development and cost estimation for various digital service offerings. • Assist with and manage building automation or digital service focused projects by leading progress meetings, supervising subcontractors, ordering material, and managing budgets. • Respond to and rectify customer issues or occupant comfort complaints or building automation issues in a timely manner. • Create and manage project implementation schedules to deliver projects on time. • Communicate with customers to deliver a customer-driven, quality product. • Communicate with internal project managers and verify project expectations and execution standards are met. • Assign and manage project engineering tasks. • Manage project budgets and report progress. • Develop close-out or system documentation for customers.
