• The Manager, Business Development - Technology, will quickly gain an understanding and working knowledge of Veregy’s technology and building automation system solutions. • The individual will utilize this understanding to support sales activities for regional sales teams. • The individual will be responsible for inside sales activities to create a strong technology pipeline within Veregy’s existing sales structure. • In addition, the individual will actively seek to build external partnerships or relationships to develop an owner direct sales pipeline for building automation and technology solutions. • Support regional sales teams with pre-sales positioning. • Work collaboratively with regional sales teams to identify prospective customers and propose high value solutions. • Track and document opportunities as they progress through a sales funnel. • Participate in owner facing sales meetings. • Participate in internal project development meetings. • Strategically develop an external sales pipeline through third party partners for Veregy’s building automation and technology solutions. • Oversee a team of project developers and estimators who are responsible for technical scoping and solution cost estimates.

• The Senior Project Manager II plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects, from the RFP/RFQ process through to completion. • Collaborates with a diverse team of Site Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. • Oversees daily onsite operations, managing project budgets, and provides regular progress reports to the Regional Operations Manager (ROM). • Leads subcontractor coordination, organizes meetings, and ensures seamless communication across all project stakeholders. • Develops a comprehensive schedule from the inception of the project by closely reviewing plans and specifications for required activities. • Works with project team and subcontractors to accurately reflect durations and sequence or logic. • Proactively manages project schedules with team to ensure projects remain on or ahead of schedule. • Ensures 2-3 week look ahead schedules are completed by Site Superintendents and reviews and distributes to project team. • Creates monthly projections and forecasts of earned revenue by working with subcontractors and reporting forecast to ROM. • Provides overall leadership and accountability for all close-out activities associated with the project. • Promotes safe working methods and provides safety measures as needed for on-site personnel and subcontractors.

• Responsible for developing a sales strategy and pipeline to sell professional services offerings by Veregy and its subsidiaries. • Achieve a minimum dollar amount of sales per year. • Builds and owns market strategies for obtaining and closing new business opportunities including competitive analysis and vertical market and horizontal business development strategies. • Delivers a solid pipeline resulting in meeting or exceeding set sales revenue expectations each fiscal year. • Analyzes the potential of specific clients and project opportunities while considering changing market conditions. • Works independently and as part of the sales team to obtain new project opportunities. • Delivers a client-focused message regarding the client’s business, our value proposition, and deliverables. • Partners and collaborates with internal and external resources to ensure planning, presentations, and sales deliverables meet timelines and requirements. • Utilizes the SalesForce CRM platform and other tools to track and document sales opportunities. • Acts as the client’s single point of contact from the initial sales cycle to beyond and facilitates handoffs to other staff as needed. • Provides support to the customer with regards to projects, financing, and contracting issues. • Prepares presentations, accurate estimates, quality proposals, and fee estimates with support from the technical and marketing teams. • Engages in market organizations and conferences to build and maintain brand awareness and business opportunities. • Travels to meet with clients or prospective clients; non-work activities to network with clients and prospective clients (i.e., dinner, outings, etc.).

• Designs, programs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes industrial automation systems and graphical user interfaces. • Participates in project development and cost estimation for various digital service offerings. • Assists with and manages industrial automation or digital service focused projects by leading progress meetings, supervising subcontractors, ordering material, and managing budgets. • Responds to and rectifies customer support requests in a timely manner. • Creates and manages project implementation schedules to deliver projects on time. • Communicates with customers to deliver a customer driven, quality product. • Communicates with internal project managers (i.e. other Veregy departments) and verify project expectations and execution standards are met. • Creates internal and external facing technical documentation. • Assigns and manages project engineering tasks. • Performs QA/QC tasks for project software and documentation deliverables. • Manages project budgets and report progress. • Develops close-out or system documentation for customer.

• Participates in project workflow and supports internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality. • Performs technical calculations supporting design including electrical requirements, specification of instrumentation, adherence to client and safety standards, and motor controls. • Performs PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming in accordance with functional specifications and in conjunction with senior engineering team members. • Creates customer documentation such as user manual, functional programming documents, and network diagrams. • Architects programs that are simple to test, well documented, and versatile. • Oversees and validates work by contractors during build, installation, and start-up of systems. • Validates construction of control system enclosures per design (Factory Acceptance Testing). • Tests and commissions custom products and systems onsite and at customer facilities (Site Acceptance Testing).

• The Engineer II, Controls will quickly gain an understanding and working knowledge of Veregy’s Digital Service and Building Automation offerings. • The individual will utilize this understanding to manage services contracted with various clients. • These services include regular BAS system performance monitoring and maintenance, BAS system upgrade design and installation, software service performance monitoring and maintenance, and energy analytics. • The individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of contracted services as well as customer communication. • The position includes oversight of engineering support, creating, and maintaining project and service contract schedules, creating cost estimates, direct customer interaction, periodic owner training sessions, progress reporting, contract management, and project budget management. • Designs, programs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes building automation systems and graphical user interfaces. • Reports on service activities and progress regularly. • Participates in project development and cost estimation activities. • Responds to and rectifies customer issues or occupant comfort complaints or building automation issues in a timely manner. • Communicates with internal project resources (i.e. other Veregy departments) and verifies contract expectations and execution standards are met. • Manages contract budgets and reports progress.

• Provide overall project management responsibilities assuring the successful delivery of complex guaranteed energy savings infrastructure projects (ESPCs). • Perform project risk assessments, ensure safety standards are being met, provide job cost reporting and forecasting. • Direct activities of assistant project managers, site superintendents and site quality managers assigned to their projects. • Work closely with site safety managers that are assigned to their projects. • Assist in project development with reviewing bid packages, walking sub-contracts, reviewing and approving project estimates.

• Assist in the development/engineering of qualified projects during the RFP/RFQ process. • Oversee the onsite project operations for individual small to large scale projects. • Provide leadership at the project level by managing the Owner, Architect, Engineer and Subcontractor team towards a satisfied Customer. • Manage Risk proactively, with the assistance of the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) by prioritizing tasks to mitigate/eliminate risk. • Manage the budget process by updating the required work to complete on a regular basis and reports projections and forecast to the RCL monthly. • Leads and manages logistics of the project, including set-up and planning, schedule management, materials and supplies, and quality control. • Leads and manages subcontractors, coordinating and attending meetings, and ensuring safety. • Ensure work is performed within budget and ahead of schedule and according to specifications. • Offers timely input regarding project schedules for resource planning. • Provide required closeout documentation, including commissioning documents, as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, acceptance signoffs, and warranty letters.

• The Project Developer III is responsible for the collection of information of the design requirements for a building project by interacting with clients to identify project specifications and budgets. • Utilizing programming information, the Developer, Project III produces schematic designs and floor plans that depict the scope of work for facility improvements that meet the requirements of the client. • Identifies construction materials, produces cost estimates for the defined construction work and collaborates with the development team members for the development of scopes of work for all trades required for the implementation of the project. • Responsible for the transfer of project information and ideas to building design consultants as they supervise the production of construction documents. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Project Team, and Subcontractors. • Communicates regularly with all team members regarding project development progress, open and closed tasks and issues. • Participates in customer facing presentations throughout the development process. • Conduct facility walk-thru to identify/verify preliminary scope items. • Prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the general construction Improvement Measures that address customer needs. • Provide facility existing building construction condition descriptions and general construction improvement explanations. • Verify Feasibility cost estimates. • Develop conceptual floor plans and elevation drawings for Presentation to Owner. • Update the development timeline, budget and project development control index. • Develop detailed General Construction Scopes of Work, Specifications and Preliminary Implementation Schedule. • Facilitate subcontractor pre-bid meeting and facility walk-thru with Regional Operations Manager and Project Engineer. • Address any Requests for Information on General Construction items. • Receive subcontractor bids and review for completeness. • Finalize costs and access project risk with the Regional Operations Manager and Project Engineer. • Build the Final Project Estimate. • Assist the Account Manager with the compilation of the final proposal document and prepare presentation drawings/renderings as necessary for the RFP Response and potential interview. • Participate in project interviews. • Assemble schematic/design development package for transfer to third-party Architects. • Engage third-party consultants for design assistance, contract documents or code review. • Define final project scope and revise Scope of Work Documents to rebid as necessary. • Finalize the Project Estimate. • Assist with the Final Contract preparation. • Participate in final Turnover Meeting with the Development and Operations Teams. • Assist the Regional Operations Manager with the review of Submittals and Shop Drawings. • Support the Project Manager as required during Construction. • Note: The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
