Job Requirements

Role Description We are seeking a Tolling Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position reports to the Tolling Operations Analyst and is responsible for supporting tolling program oversight, working closely with customers, external toll agencies, and internal teams to identify and resolve issues related to toll operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. - Strong problem-solving and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Filters. - Experience viewing, developing and publishing Power BI reporting. - Basic proficiency in SQL, data architecture, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously. - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts, customers, and external partners. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
