• Elevate the UX: Lead the frontend architecture of our payment systems, ensuring our user interfaces are intuitive, responsive, and robust. • Bridge the Stack: Design, build, and maintain frontend/backend integrations with payment processors and financial infrastructure providers across Latin America. • Build for Resiliency: Write clean, observable, and secure code that handles sensitive financial data with the reliability our clients depend on. • Leverage AI: Use AI tools to automate repetitive engineering workflows, accelerate delivery, and close skill gaps — from scaffolding integrations to generating and reviewing code. • Lead & Mentor: Set the technical bar through code reviews, UI/UX architectural input, and hands-on mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend engineers to translate complex payment workflows into beautiful web solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong specialization in Frontend/Web development within a Fullstack context.
- Deep commercial experience with React and its modern ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, state management, and testing tools).
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), responsive enterprise development, and optimizing web application performance.
- Practical experience working on backend systems, specifically with Java.
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows throughout the development process (design, coding, debugging).
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (depending on local country language), with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven role-specific execution and ability to operate independently in fast-changing environments.
