• Design and optimize cloud-native architectures based on Kubernetes and CNCF standards • Design and implement MLOps pipelines to automate machine learning workflows • Advise internal teams on best practices in cloud infrastructure and DevOps • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions • Document architectural decisions and create guidelines for team implementation

• AI orchestration as a core skill: You think in agent pipelines rather than individual prompts. • You orchestrate Claude Code (and similar agentic frameworks) so that multiple agents work in parallel on features, refactorings, and tests, and you evaluate, curate, and correct their outputs deliberately. • Maximize product landscape optimization: You identify where the existing codebase (Java backend, JavaScript frontend) can be made faster, more robust, and more maintainable through AI-assisted new development and enhancements, and you implement these changes autonomously. • Architecture & quality control: You understand, validate, and safely integrate AI-generated code into existing architectures. • You define the guardrails (tests, reviews, best practices) that turn agent output into reliable software. • Technical conception within the core team: You develop new ideas and technologies for backend and frontend together with the core team and introduce AI workflows into the entire development process. • Performance & scaling: You design and implement measures for quality assurance and performance optimization. • Technical sparring partner: As a last-level support and point of contact for product owners and sales, you translate between business requirements and technical solutions.

• Internal owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Analyze and optimize business processes together with the business departments • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Prioritize and oversee further developments, customizations and rollouts • Configure and enhance functionality within the Business Central environment • Design workflows and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate / Power Apps) • Manage interfaces to other systems • Conduct workshops and collaborate with key users and stakeholders

• Contribute to migrating existing systems to a Kubernetes-based private cloud • Re-engineer existing systems toward modern architectures • Work closely with the software architect to implement functional and technical requirements cleanly • Develop high-performance backend solutions in the Java ecosystem • Integrate messaging systems and databases • Not just ad-hoc feature work, but structured refactoring and migration during live operation with a clear target vision

• In this position you are the central point of contact for Mobile Device Management in educational institutions: • Administration and further development of MDM environments for iOS and Android devices • Supporting schools and school authorities with setup, rollout and support • Creating configurations, policies and workflows for secure device management • Analyzing practical requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Close collaboration with support, development and educational stakeholders • Contributing to the ongoing development of an MDM solution that is used daily in classrooms
