School Psychologist
Visa
• Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for students K through 12 according to federal, state, and school guidelines • Familiarity with evaluation tools • Complete Initial Evaluation and Re-evaluations • Complete Assessment Plans, Review of Records and FBAs • Provide virtual administration of cognitive and achievement assessments following best practice tele-assessment standards • Conduct other portions of the evaluation, including interviews and virtual observations, adaptive behavior, social/emotional behavior, and executive functioning assessments • Integrate assessment results into a comprehensive evaluation report and submit paperwork as needed • Present evaluation findings at meetings and collaborate with school teams regarding eligibility determination • Excellent knowledge of principles and evidence-based practices • Participating in training and meetings as needed • Attend Evaluation meetings to discuss results of assessments • Serve as a member on the MTSS/RTI Team
Job Requirements
- Professional Indiana Psychologist License
- Proficiency with computers and online documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment while maintaining that confidentiality
- Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations
- Ability to make sound judgments after all available information has been gathered or communicated
- Demonstrates a mature attitude and insight into matters affecting department, self and / or company welfare
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability
