Role Description Senior Estimator(s) perform day-to-day functions for the firm’s estimating activities including, but not limited to, serving as the estimating lead on various projects. Responsibilities include: - Pre-bid attendance as needed - Bid management - Vendor databases - Cost databases - Estimating software - Estimating best practices The ideal candidate should have proven experience in construction estimating and possess an understanding of: - Contractual requirements - Conceptual estimating - Design drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc.) - Project specifications - Risk assessment analysis This is a fully remote position and may be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM in their local time zone. • Support the leadership team's vision for providing exceptional travel services to corporate clients. • Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of travel agents. • Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and maximum revenue generation. • Train new agents in the industry; design and maintain structured onboarding programs. • Identify agent weaknesses and develop individualized plans to build efficient work habits and strong customer service skills. • Set expectations and monitor that agents develop deep familiarity with each client's culture, travel patterns, and key employees. • Attempt to resolve customer service issues at the team level before escalating to senior leadership. • Manage fees and commissions to maximize revenue.

You’ll be part of a team that’s dedicated to delivering a seamless, supportive experience for every patient. - Help patients get the care they need by scheduling evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing (like FCEs) quickly and accurately. - Review referrals and medical documentation to make sure every appointment is set up for success. - Match patients to the right clinic or specialist using internal tools, ensuring the best fit for their care needs. - Serve as a key point of contact for case managers, attorneys, and other partners; keeping communication clear, timely, and tailored to their preferences. - Keep a pulse on scheduling activity by monitoring reports and identifying trends or issues, then partnering with your team to find solutions. - Build strong, lasting relationships with clinics and referral partners to support a seamless patient experience. - Stay organized and proactive, tracking outreach, resolving scheduling challenges, and helping the team meet its goals. - Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience helping customers or patients in a phone-based or fast-paced environment - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to stay organized, multitask, and problem-solve with a calm, professional approach - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and tools.
