• Manage the end-to-end setup, trafficking, and launch of direct-sold and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and formats. • Coordinate campaign requirements with Sales, Client Success, Pricing, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate implementation and timely launch. • Review campaign details, creative assets, targeting, pacing, and tracking specifications to confirm alignment with insertion orders and media plans. • QA ad server setups, order management entries, CRM records, creative assets, and tracking tags to identify and resolve errors before and after launch. • Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance metrics to identify risks, raise issues early, and support optimization and revenue-at-risk management. • Analyze campaign reports and operational data to evaluate delivery, troubleshoot issues, and support accurate performance and billing-related decisions. • Implement creative assets, tracking tags, and ad code across display, native, and HTML-based placements while maintaining accuracy and compliance with specifications. • Document workflows, campaign statuses, exceptions, and process updates to support consistency, handoffs, and adherence to SOPs. • Troubleshoot campaign and ad-serving issues, including trafficking errors, delivery discrepancies, and basic HTML or tag-related problems, and escalate when needed. • Use AI-enabled tools, where available, to streamline routine campaign review, reporting, and issue triage tasks while applying human judgment to validate accuracy and prioritize work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ad operations or digital advertising operations
