• Prospect new accounts and grow business through sales activities including existing relationships, cold-calling, industry events and networking and customer interaction. • Identify and respond to opportunities for sales of Actus Nutrition products and services. • Reinforce the principals and practice of value pricing all products and services for maximum allowable profits. • Establish productive, professional relationships with key individuals in assigned or new customer accounts. • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned customers. • Provide excellent service to ensure customer success and a positive experience with the Company. • Develop long-term relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. • Develop objectives and strategies for each account, developing full market potential. • Familiarize established accounts with new products or developments. • Maintain a strong technical knowledge of the product line responsible for in order to most effectively educate and sell the value of Actus Nutrition’s products in the Functional Food and Nutrition marketplace. • Stay abreast of major trends or initiatives within the food industry that will affect the company’s ability to successfully compete with products and services. • Identify and support market driven initiatives for new products and services that will increase profits for Actus Nutrition. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and conduct and transact all business in a legal and ethical manner to safeguard the legal record and good reputation of the company. • Act as liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Actus Nutrition’s solutions according to customer needs. • Focus on distributor management in addition to direct sales. • Create and update marketing materials for the Chinese market.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the nutritional/dairy ingredients industry.
  • Experience with high protein products like WPC, WPI, and MPC strongly preferred.
  • Competitive, sales-driven individual with an outstanding track record in sales development.
  • Strong key account selling capabilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both for English and Chinese.
  • Ability to multi-task – manage multiple projects occurring at one time.
  • A value selling mindset.
  • Strong track record of delivery against targets.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software applications.

Position Summary: - Develop new Thermal Barcode Printer Sales to meet TABS revenue objectives. - Establish/strengthen TABS presence through indirect sales activities (BTA dealers and TBS). - Build presence in the MFP sales channels to ensure sales and brand awareness of TABS Barcode Products. Responsibilities: - Manage, plan, coordinate sales program efforts for new accounts to meet established quotas and related revenue objectives while growing indirect account base. - Responsible for quota achievement of assigned accounts. - Maintain relationships with dealers that resell Toshiba BCS/POS Distributors. - Develop and manage relationships with resellers and new customers. - Actively create partnerships to ensure successful sales trends. - Evaluate and anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate alternatives. - Stay informed of competitor and technology trends. - Act as a Contact (POC) for resellers and select accounts. - Implement effective sales programs to maximize efforts to penetrate new accounts. - Identify areas of concern and advise management of corrective action. - Ensure programs effectively grow market share and drive revenue growth. - Collaborate with marketing to strengthen Toshiba Brand awareness. - Create and analyze monthly forecast and sales reports. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. - Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the Thermal Barcode industry or 5 years selling products or solutions to the MFP channel. - Demonstrated experience securing new business, including signing new dealers to distribute products. - Proven negotiation skills with a record of accomplishment in developing and maintaining customer relationships. - Success executing all phases of the sales process including prospecting/social media techniques, presentations, reporting, RFP submissions, negotiations, implementation, and ongoing account management QBR reviews. - Comfortable educating new customers and Sales Team on Barcode products and solutions. - Ability to travel extensively.
