Business Development Representative

• Own the top of the sales funnel, end to end. • Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social channels. • Identify and target high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss). • Craft compelling messaging that elicits responses. • Qualify leads based on meaningful revenue challenges. • Book discovery meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline. • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM. • Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales.
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years’ experience in SDR/BDR or similar sales roles
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding meeting targets
- Strong outbound capability across multiple channels
- Clear, direct communicator
- Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
