In this role, you will teach Spanish to adult learners, business professionals, university students, and youth learners seeking to build and strengthen their proficiency in the Spanish language. This is an on-demand contract-based opportunity, with teaching assignments aligned to active client engagements and program needs. The ideal candidate will possess native or near-native fluency in Spanish, strong conversational proficiency in English, and a demonstrated passion for helping learners succeed. Responsibilities include: Deliver engaging, interactive Spanish language instruction to business professionals and individual learners in hourly or contract-based programs. Teach Spanish grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills aligned to learners’ proficiency levels and program objectives. Incorporate real-world and professional scenarios to help learners confidently apply Spanish in business and everyday settings. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and cultural awareness. Facilitate structured speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities that promote active communication and critical thinking. Accurately record attendance and maintain required instructional documentation. Assess and document student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continued improvement. Adapt instruction to diverse learner needs, learning styles, and program formats (virtual or in-person, as applicable). Collaborate with fellow instructors and program staff to ensure consistency, quality, and a supportive learning experience. Represent DKC Group with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in all client-facing engagements.

• Deliver TrellisWare-centric classroom and field instruction on TW-650/950 MANET operations and Apollo mesh topology design • Mentor host-nation instructors on TrellisWare waveform optimization, frequency management, and network troubleshooting • Conduct hands-on system setup and sustainment in austere environments • Provide real-time feedback on TrellisWare firmware updates, Apollo software patches, and system interoperability with partner-force equipment • Coordinate with Civil Affairs/PSYOP for TrellisWare-enabled community information operations and training acceptance • Document TrellisWare network metrics (latency, throughput, node health) and Apollo system feedback for HQ analysis

• Oversees all telecommunications services and systems for the firm • Manages the current Avaya telephony platform and strategic planning for future technology adoption • Leads a telecom team and manages vendor relationships • Ensures billing compliance and develops a multi-year roadmap to guide the firm through technology transitions • Manages and optimizes the firm's Avaya telephony platform while evaluating emerging technologies (cloud PBX, UCaaS) • Develops and executes transition plans from legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption to operations • Creates a multi-year telecommunications roadmap aligned with firm objectives • Directs and develops the telecommunications team to meet performance and availability commitments • Maintains up-to-date documentation of all systems, user guides, and training materials

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise collaboration solutions • Own solutions end-to-end from technical discovery through deployment and escalation support • Design and deliver hybrid collaboration environments, with a focus on migrating customers toward cloud-based platforms • Coordinate with telecom carriers for troubleshooting, PSTN connectivity, and number porting activities. • Implement tactical plans to meet project timelines while minimizing disruption to the customer environment
