Indirect Sales Representative
Independent Bank
• Develop and maintain dealership relationships by interacting with the personnel to establish partnerships which are beneficial to both the dealer and the Bank. • Ensure that the relationships are profitable by educating the dealer personnel to bank exceptions and acceptable guidelines for portfolio performance regarding efficiencies, delinquency, repossession and charge-off numbers. • Analyze credit applications submitted by dealerships; make sound credit decisions based upon the applicant’s credit worthiness, stability and propensity to repay the obligation based on past performance. • Ensure that the credit decisions made are within the credit policies and adhere to all laws and regulations applicable to the Bank.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of all consumer credit disciplines including planning and development, sales, marketing, asset quality and regulatory standards, income/expense components, capital market sources and current MIS/technology standards.
- Must be able to manage multiple operations and assemble/prepare human resources for continued profitable growth.
