• Responsible for increasing sales and gross profit of the Patient Monitoring Product Portfolio within an assigned territory. • Execute Annual Territory Sales Plan in collaboration with Sales Manager. • Conduct regular review of performance against plan with Sales Manager. • Coordinate the creation and administration of customer purchase agreements with Sales Manager. • Learn and execute fundamentals of CRM to record customer interaction activities and prepare customer quotations. • Facilitate customer discussions to gain understanding of healthcare marketplace and competitive pressures. • Coordinate and perform required in-servicing needs of customer and prospect. • Meet or exceed Annual Territory Sales Plan with key relationship rapport building, prospecting, and closing.
Job Requirements
- 3 years: Outside B2B sales experience preferably in the medical device, capital equipment field with a proven track record of exceeding growth targets
- 2 years: Solid understanding of healthcare marketplace
- Proven results in business-to-business selling approach and Buyer Centric sales techniques.
- Ability to proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and territory management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and SAP, or similar system.
- Valid Driver's License
