Role Description Kaiser Permanente’s Channel Partner & Data Solutions team—part of Enterprise Sales Solutions within National Health Plan Business Technology Solutions & Services—is seeking a senior Business Sales Solution Consultant to operate at the intersection of commercial sales, business operations, and technology. In this role, you will engage directly with sales, channel, and marketing leaders to understand business strategies, processes, and pain points, and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions. - Design and deliver end-to-end sales capabilities leveraging Salesforce (CRM/PRM) and Enterprise Customer Data platforms. - Partner closely with KPIT to execute. - Shape technology and data roadmaps. - Evaluate solution alternatives and lead implementation. - Influence senior leadership through industry best practices to enable modern, high-performing broker and employer group sales ecosystems. • Lead consulting projects and programmes to address client safety risk management challenges and organisational improvement priorities. • Define project scope, delivery plans, milestones and resource requirements to ensure effective and profitable delivery of consulting engagements. • Translate client problems into structured consulting interventions using recognised safety risk management methodologies and Baines Simmons frameworks. • Provide expert advice on the design, implementation and improvement of safety management systems and safety risk management processes. • Deliver training, workshops and facilitated sessions to develop client capability in safety management and safety performance measurement. • Mentor consultants and provide technical guidance to support professional development and competence progression. • Support the development and maintenance of consulting products, services and intellectual property aligned with SMARRT MAP™. • Contribute to business development activities including proposal development, pre-sales discussions and thought leadership. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to support long-term account growth.

• Fully manages the change management project portfolio from development to execution. • Leads the agile change management team and oversees creation and execution of deliverables. • Applies change management processes and tools to create strategies for project success. • Develops trusted partnerships and acts as a coach for senior leaders. • Prepares for change by conducting impact and stakeholder analyses. • Oversees design and delivery of effective change communication strategies. • Identifies evolving project deliverables and implements plans to resolve issues.
