Role Description Kaiser Permanente’s Channel Partner & Data Solutions team—part of Enterprise Sales Solutions within National Health Plan Business Technology Solutions & Services—is seeking a senior Business Sales Solution Consultant to operate at the intersection of commercial sales, business operations, and technology. In this role, you will engage directly with sales, channel, and marketing leaders to understand business strategies, processes, and pain points, and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions. - Design and deliver end-to-end sales capabilities leveraging Salesforce (CRM/PRM) and Enterprise Customer Data platforms. - Partner closely with KPIT to execute. - Shape technology and data roadmaps. - Evaluate solution alternatives and lead implementation. - Influence senior leadership through industry best practices to enable modern, high-performing broker and employer group sales ecosystems. Qualifications - Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
