• Responsável por garantir a melhor Jornada de atendimento ao cliente. (Contato receptivo ou através de plataformas especificas), com atendimento fim a fim de demandas técnicas e comerciais • Responsável por recepcionar, tratar, solucionar e comunicar o cliente (contato Ativo e/ou por e-mail e aplicativo de mensagens). • Atuar com atendimento ao cliente (externo e interno), com objetivo de garantir a melhor jornada do cliente, com intuito de mudar a percepção do reclamante para uma garantia na nota de satisfação; • Interpretar as reclamações dos consumidores, atuando na correção de causa raiz, sendo demandas técnicas e comerciais. • Formalizar o tratamento das solicitações com clareza e objetividade garantindo o entendimento de clientes
Job Requirements
- Ensino médio completo;
- Experiência com a utilização de recursos de informática e pacote office (a partir do nível intermediário);
- Experiência atuando em áreas de atendimento ao cliente; (experiência em clientes críticos (Canais Recursais) e tratativa de demandas de suporte técnico será um diferencial;
- Conhecimentos de matemática básica.
