Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
  • 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
  • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
  • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

• Proactively identify data science use cases throughout the organization as well as new datasets. Work cross-functionally to develop solutions. • Build and deploy ML models to better identify populations requiring support/palliative care and provide clinical decision support. • Work with operational stakeholders (e.g. clinical delivery, member/provider engagement) to define and prioritize analytic needs.
