• Serve as the developer of new business for our current coding clients and prospects for the Clinical Support Solutions team • Provide HIM knowledge in a consultative manner to assist sales in the details of a coding and audit sale • Perform detailed discovery to identify the needs of the client • Create customized proposals that can be realistically implemented and executed by the operations and quality teams • Identify sales targets and work with the sales team to close deals • Understand tools, success stories, outcomes, and products that will assist our clients and have the ability to communicate with clients at all levels • Provide presentations to clients, as needed • Perform Coding Operational Assessment, as needed, to provide a lead-in for sales opportunities • Create high level and detailed written reports and effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps at all leadership levels • Work with discovery information to assess volume/workload for client site • Work with Operations team to provide seamless coverage and the correct skill set, based on the initial and ongoing needs of the client • Provide smooth transition of client relationship and project implementation to operations and quality team via Kick-Off Call • Ensure the client feels supported during the transition • Ensure initial client contact with the Clinical Support Solutions team forms a positive relationship and initial client implementation exceeds expectations of the client • Establish and grow relationships of assigned clients to contribute to maintaining client loyalty for continued service and growth • Voice client needs, requests, and suggestions to the Clinical Support Solutions team • Work collaboratively toward continuous improvement for IKS Health in a positive, friendly manner.

• Conducts clinical coding audits as defined by client contracts for audit service and internal quality assessment. • Manage the performance of all quality for assigned clients. • Work directly with the coding management team to ensure the educational needs of coders are met. • Assures internal coding audits are completed accurately and timely. • Maintains appropriate QA/QI and/or productivity logs or record entries.

Role Description IKS Health is seeking to hire an experienced Inpatient Facility Medical Coder. - Reviews medical records to identify pertinent diagnoses and procedures relative to the patient's health care encounter. - Selects the principal diagnosis and principal procedure, along with other diagnoses and procedures using UHDDS definition. - Ensures appropriate DRG assignment. - Abstracts appropriate information from the medical record based on the guidelines provided by the client and after a thorough review of the medical record. - Consistently meets productivity and quality performance requirements. - Responsible for utilizing Aquity applications to enter charts coded in real-time throughout the scheduled shift. - Solicits clarification from the physician regarding ambiguous or conflicting documentation in the medical record using guidelines provided by the client. - Participates in team meetings and all training required by Aquity staff or client. - May be asked to participate in training or shadowing of other coders. - Flexibility in assignment over multiple clients to ensure meeting required classification hours. - Participates in Coding Roundtables through presentation of materials, articles and current issues related to coding and Health Information Management. - Maintains current knowledge of the information contained in the Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant, and the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting. - Participates in education modules as assigned. - Responsible for keeping coding credentials up to date and active. - Maintains effective and professional communication skills. - Contributes to a positive company image by exhibiting professionalism, adaptability and mutual respect. Qualifications - Coding credentials required: CCS, RHIA, or RHIT. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Inpatient Medical and Surgical admissions experience. - Minimum of 3 years of current/recent related IP coding experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care. - Understands medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, surgical technology, pharmacology and disease processes. - Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding principles and guidelines, reimbursement systems, federal, state and payor-specific regulations and policies pertaining to documentation, coding and billing. - Must pass inpatient coding proficiency test. Requirements - Requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. - Requires a high level of coding accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be detailed and articulate. - Strong knowledge of Google Suite. Working Environment - Remote working environment; extended periods of computer-based work. Physical Demands - Prolonged computer screen usage, keyboarding. - Long periods of sitting commensurate with computer-based work and work-related phone calls. • Define and own the north star vision for an integrated care enablement platform spanning FFS optimization, clinical efficiency, and VBC success. • Translate market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics into a clear product thesis on workflow convergence and system interoperability. • Identify and prioritize cross-solution synergies. • Build and manage a unified product roadmap that drives interoperability, data liquidity, and workflow automation across solutions. • Prioritize initiatives based on enterprise value creation (EVA), ROI, and client impact, not just feature velocity. • Partner closely with engineering to ensure scalable, modular, and API-first architecture. • Design and operationalize end-to-end workflows across the patient and provider journey. • Drive the transition from systems of record to systems of action, embedding intelligence and automation into workflows. • Ensure seamless integration with major EHR ecosystems and third-party solutions. • Own the definition and tracking of client value metrics (e.g., revenue lift, cost-to-collect, clinician time saved, quality scores improvement). • Partner with operations and client success teams to ensure value realization is measurable, repeatable, and scalable. • Build frameworks that tie product capabilities directly to economic outcomes for clients.

• Own full lifecycle delivery from kickoff through go-live and stabilization—across all platform components (RCM, patient engagement, clinician workflow tools, VBC MSO services) • Translate contractual scope into a sequenced, executable implementation roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths • Drive integration of multiple products into a unified operational workflow, not siloed deployments • Build and actively manage detailed project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and weekly execution dashboards • Enforce timeline discipline and accountability across internal teams (product, engineering, ops) and external client stakeholders • Identify risks early and intervene decisively to unblock execution—this is a “fix it before it escalates” role • Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams: product, engineering, data integration, operations, client success • Ensure alignment on data integrations (EHR, PM systems), workflow redesign, and operational readiness • Engage directly with executive sponsors (internal & client-side) to provide transparent progress updates; escalate and resolve critical risks; drive decision-making to maintain momentum
