• Serve as the go-to expert for back-end RCM, specializing in denials, underpayments, AR management, and claims workflows. • Lead and execute high-impact RCM initiatives, ensuring alignment with payer trends, regulatory shifts, and reimbursement models. • Apply economic value-add (EVA) methodologies to assess financial impact and drive ROI-positive solutions. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize RCM operations, identifying trends and opportunities for automation and efficiency. • Utilize advanced data analytics to evaluate RCM performance, operational bottlenecks, and financial opportunities. • Develop compelling presentations, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to executive leadership, product teams, and industry stakeholders. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable RCM solutions rooted in economic value and operational efficiency. • Act as a trusted advisor, shaping industry discussions on modern RCM challenges and innovations. • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, payer trends, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and high-impact.
