Academic Faculty Director, Nursing and Health Sciences
Strategic Education, Inc. - SEI
• Promote learner success by fostering excellence in teaching and mentoring • Collaborate with program director to analyze and report on data for learner retention • Cross-functionally collaborate on key course development and scheduling initiatives • Ensure CU standards and policies are reflected in course delivery • Support professional development to enhance instructor teaching skills • Advise instructors on materials and equipment usage • Research and prepare recommendations on instructional delivery methodologies • Conduct annual performance reviews • Maintain discipline knowledge by participating in professional communities • Teach the equivalent of 2 assignments per year • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Five years of higher education teaching experience
- At least two years of online teaching experience
- Experience leading, coaching, and managing large, remote teams
- Master's and/or doctoral level teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching health science programs and at least one additional program discipline preferred
- Human resources background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to travel as required/needed
- An earned doctorate from a regionally accredited institution in Health Care or related fields required
- If a Nurse, must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license preferred

• Provide deep fraud/financial crime expertise and consulting support to sales teams, identifying opportunities at existing and new clients. • Meet with customers’ senior fraud and risk leaders to understand business challenges and propose solutions based on BioCatch’s platform. • Develop and deliver content (articles, webinars, conference presentations) to position BioCatch as a leader in behavioural intelligence and device based fraud detection. • Represent BioCatch at company events, industry events and executive briefings; present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. • Identify emerging customer challenges and creative solution ideas and work with the Product team to prioritise new use cases. • Evaluate new use cases for technical feasibility and functional fit, and work with clients in partnership with sales to deliver value outcomes. • Participate in the BioCatch Client Innovation Board, helping to evaluate and prioritise product innovations for our customers. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, fraud threats and regulatory trends, and share insights with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales and Threat Analytics.
• Lead the development and execution of Workers’ Compensation strategies, providing clear, actionable recommendations for internal and client stakeholders • Direct the development and submission of rate, rule, and form filings while coordinating with actuarial and regulatory teams • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, participating in meetings and presenting complex findings to support their long-term goals • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Workers’ Compensation trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices to drive innovation • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate across cross-functional teams, including analysts and project managers
