Associate Director, Strategy & Portfolio Intelligence
BBOT
• Report into the SVP, Strategy & BD on business strategy, competitive intelligence, and special projects • Learn quickly the scientific, operational, and external-facing facets of BBOT programs • Set, prioritize, and manage milestones & deliverables • Interpret, synthesize, and communicate key data findings succinctly • Identify problems, locate the resources, and find data-driven solutions independent of supervision
Job Requirements
- PhD or MD from top-tier academic institutions or scientific undergrad with commensurate work experience
- Strategic planning, operating, and portfolio management experience working with a close-knit team at a biotech startup or top-tier pharma
- Experience in oncology, preferably with small molecule inhibitors and / or in the RAS space
- Working knowledge of relevant CI databases and AI tools
