CE Product Sales Specialist

JCB North America

Role Description To grow JCB’s North America’s heavyline product sales and market share positions by providing support to territory management, dealer distribution network, and key accounts for long term business success and profitability. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities - Build the JCB business strategy for product sales to the North American construction sector - Take a leadership role in the development of the JCB North American sales growth of our Heavyline products (including Large Wheel Loaders, Large Excavators, and the Hydradig/Pothole Pro) - Management of factory build allocations for the dealer channel to maximize retail opportunity - Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets - Identify, build, and develop strategic and profitable relationships within our dealer networks - Forecast, track, and report territory sales activities to management for Heavyline products - Continually identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability - Understand the key performance indicators that will leverage our dealer’s business - Review the territory target market opportunities and provide feeds into our dealer pipeline - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of JCB products to facilitate sales efforts that affect target markets - Proactively assist the organization in achieving its 5-Year growth goals - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Demonstrated success in developing and inspiring teams with product sales vision and mission - Ability to provide detailed product walk around to various audience levels - Proven success in analyzing and forecasting trends as well as achieving sales targets - Ability to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and/or SAP - Willingness to travel up to 90% Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a high-stress environment - Detail-oriented and able to work independently - Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise - Ability to understand processes (system and non-system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions - Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team player - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project Job Conditions - Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment - Subject to noise and temperature changes Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
