Sales Product Specialist

Role Description In this role you will play a key role in introducing and growing a new product within our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a “hunter” mindset who enjoys uncovering new opportunities, experimenting with prospecting approaches, and driving engagement. - Responsible for scheduling conversations, leading product demos, and supporting customers through onboarding and adoption of the new solution. - Work closely with both the product and sales teams to support product growth, accelerate adoption, and drive overall sales success. Responsibilities - Establish and build relationships with existing customers - Proactively follow up on opportunities and leads - Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and product offerings - Schedule and lead sales calls and product demonstrations - Manage the end-to-end sales process to drive business growth - Track activities, opportunities, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM Qualifications - Minimum 1 yr of experience in sales development or inside sales (SDR, BDR, ADR, or similar roles) - Strong sales communication skills, including confident cold calling, getting past gatekeepers, building rapport quickly, and comfortably speaking with experienced business owners - Coachable and open to feedback, with a genuine interest in learning and improving - Analytical and metrics-minded, understanding how data is used to track and improve performance - Hands-on experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred; Pardot a plus) - Results-driven, high-energy, and motivated by goals and performance - Background or hands-on experience in Marketing is considered an asset Requirements - FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt - Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$54,000.00 - USD$66,000.00 per year. - Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Benefits - Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match). - The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees, sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
