Advanced Practice Provider
Two Chairs
• Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely. • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations. • Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support your clients in reaching their goals efficiently and sustainably. • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and continued learning. • Partner with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation spaces. • Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes. • Contribute to a growing, diverse community of clinicians committed to redefining mental health care.
Job Requirements
- A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Licensed to practice in Washington DC as a PMHNP (additional licensure in Maryland and Virginia preferred)
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
- Active DEA license in Washington DC
- Experienced in delivering remote telepsychiatry services
- Passionate about high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care
- Able to start in mid-August 2026

• Guide clients through the trafficking process, monitor pacing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital ad campaigns • Track campaign performance metrics, identify potential issues early, and escalate concerns proactively to maintain quality • Assist self-service clients with onboarding, provide training on platform features, and support effective campaign execution. • Generate routine performance reports, deliver actionable data insights, and maintain accurate documentation for stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior team members on campaign strategies while actively developing skills in optimization and performance improvement.
• Provide support for progressive organizations and Democratic campaigns • Educate and train clients on TargetSmart’s data and offerings • Manage assigned client base through regular meetings and interactions • Meet with clients to discuss their programs and campaigns • Work with Sales and Client Services teams on contract renewals and billing • Triage and troubleshoot daily inbound questions and requests • Complete steps required to onboard new clients • Enter client information into project management system and manage Salesforce accounts • Document, submit, monitor, and ensure delivery of data requests • Assist in planning and organizing the bi-annual client Roundtable event • Develop Client Support content including product release information and training materials.
