Account Specialist
TargetSmart
• Provide support for progressive organizations and Democratic campaigns • Educate and train clients on TargetSmart’s data and offerings • Manage assigned client base through regular meetings and interactions • Meet with clients to discuss their programs and campaigns • Work with Sales and Client Services teams on contract renewals and billing • Triage and troubleshoot daily inbound questions and requests • Complete steps required to onboard new clients • Enter client information into project management system and manage Salesforce accounts • Document, submit, monitor, and ensure delivery of data requests • Assist in planning and organizing the bi-annual client Roundtable event • Develop Client Support content including product release information and training materials.
Job Requirements
- Experience working with political data (i.e., voter files, model scores, donor lists, membership lists, etc.)
- Experience working with at least one of TargetSmart’s ListBuilder, SmartVAN, or similar online data querying software
- Understanding of voting process and political district boundaries
- 3-4 years’ experience in Democratic campaigns, progressive non-profits, PACs, polling firms, or political consultancies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems requiring quick turnaround times
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and see them through to completion and within appropriate deadlines
- Attention to detail, solid communication skills
- Available for after hours and weekend coverage during election cycle as needed.

• Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions. • Use multiple real-time sources, including: • Departments of Transportation (DOTs) • Police and emergency CAD systems • CCTV feeds and GPS data • Social media (e.g., Twitter) • Internal channels (email, Teams) • Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability. • Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared). • Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction. • Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources. • Communicate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report issues.
• Assist senior coaches in developing and evaluating young football talent in local leagues and community events. • Compile detailed reports on player performance, potential, and areas for development using statistical data and observational insights. • Collaborate with lead staff to understand team needs and align coaching activities with organizational goals. • Attend training sessions and matches regularly to maintain an updated understanding of player progress and team dynamics. • Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance coaching skills and stay informed about the latest trends in sports coaching.
