• Guide clients through the trafficking process, monitor pacing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital ad campaigns • Track campaign performance metrics, identify potential issues early, and escalate concerns proactively to maintain quality • Assist self-service clients with onboarding, provide training on platform features, and support effective campaign execution. • Generate routine performance reports, deliver actionable data insights, and maintain accurate documentation for stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior team members on campaign strategies while actively developing skills in optimization and performance improvement.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Experience working with progressive candidates, non-profits, and labor unions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Trade Desk Edge certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
