Role Description The Project Manager / “Chief of Staff (CoS)” will assist in managing strategic priorities and lead operational/management systems for the Leadership Team (LT). This associate will support the Head of Customer Management and extended leadership team as we execute priorities. This critical position will serve to enable leaders to execute strategic priorities while ensuring operational rigor. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining strategic areas including: - Strategy - Executive Support and Team Culture - Operational Excellence This associate will report into the Field Chief of Staff Office and collaborate with the team to provide best-in-class support to the Field leadership team. Qualifications - Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives to assist in driving the strategic agenda - Highly collaborative; has excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes - Strong project management and organizational skills, with an understanding of, and appreciation for, how the sales and client management “field” operates - Highly-motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and can independently take initiative - Proven ability to lead moderate sized cross functional teams to drive complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction - Proven experience in operating with discretion when handling highly sensitive issues - An energetic, creative and fun-loving personality that fosters an environment built upon trust, collaboration, and belonging Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or military experience - At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management - At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy Preferred Qualifications - Master’s Degree - 3+ years experience in a sales or client management role - 3+ years of experience serving in a Chief of Staff or Project Management role in a large, complex and matrixed organization Benefits - Performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI) - Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being Salary Information - Remote (Regardless of Location): $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management - Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Note that salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
