• Supporting recurring manual reporting processes and operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Scheduling meetings, user interviews, pilot activities, and stakeholder check-ins • Tracking project action items, timelines, and follow-up tasks to help initiatives stay organized • Assisting with meeting preparation, note-taking, agenda management, and documentation updates • Gathering and organizing feedback from surveys, NPS responses, user conversations, and adoption efforts • Supporting recurring Product team communications, newsletters, and internal updates • Repurposing existing content such as presentations, webinars, and documentation into FAQs, internal communications, and social media content • Maintaining organized records, documentation, and project resources • Supporting cross-functional coordination with teams across the organization and external partners • Helping the Product team identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of administrative and coordination responsibilities
- Comfort working in tools such as the Google suite of products, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar collaboration platforms
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- 1-2 years of applicable experience

This role demands exceptional technical expertise, leadership in managing high-value bids, and a strong command of estimating software and industry relationships. The Estimator II is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial landscape construction projects. This role independently manages bids, analyzes project plans, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and supports successful project acquisition. Key Responsibilities - Prepare complete and accurate estimates for small to mid-sized construction projects. - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, and pricing assumptions. - Review construction drawings, specifications, and addenda to define full project scope. - Solicit and evaluate vendor pricing; maintain strong vendor relationships. - Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and estimating leadership throughout the bid process. - Ensure all bids meet internal standards for accuracy, completeness, and deadlines. - Present estimates for internal review and support project handoff to Operations as needed. - Maintain organized documentation and follow company estimating processes and safety standards. - Collaborate with senior estimators and support training of junior staff when applicable.
