Role Description Teufel Landscape is seeking a highly experienced and independent Estimator to join our team. This role demands exceptional technical expertise, leadership in managing high-value bids, and a strong command of estimating software and industry relationships. The Estimator II is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial landscape construction projects. This role independently manages bids, analyzes project plans, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and supports successful project acquisition. Key Responsibilities - Prepare complete and accurate estimates for small to mid-sized construction projects. - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, and pricing assumptions. - Review construction drawings, specifications, and addenda to define full project scope. - Solicit and evaluate vendor pricing; maintain strong vendor relationships. - Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and estimating leadership throughout the bid process. - Ensure all bids meet internal standards for accuracy, completeness, and deadlines. - Present estimates for internal review and support project handoff to Operations as needed. - Maintain organized documentation and follow company estimating processes and safety standards. - Collaborate with senior estimators and support training of junior staff when applicable. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape estimating. - Advanced knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, and materials. - Expert-level proficiency with estimating tools, including Sage/Timberline, PlanSwift, ProCore, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. - Proven ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen. • Lead multidisciplinary design teams consisting of Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, Structural, BIM/VDC, and Architectural professionals on complex data center projects. • Manage all phases of project delivery from proposal development and project kickoff through design completion and construction support. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term relationships throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations. • Monitor project financial performance including fee utilization, forecasts, invoicing, and change management. • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives. • Ensure deliverables comply with internal QA/QC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. • Support business development activities including proposals, fee estimates, project planning, and client presentations. • Mentor project teams and promote collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence across disciplines.

Role Description The Sage X3 Project Manager is responsible for leading successful ERP implementation projects for Net at Work clients. This role serves as the primary client-facing project leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with ERP implementation experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes. This is a remote position requiring approximately 20% travel within the United States. What You'll Do - Client & Project Leadership - Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. - Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors. - Lead project kickoff, planning, execution, and closure activities. - Ensure successful delivery of project scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives. - Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates. - Project Management - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks. - Manage project financials, change requests, and resource requirements. - Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. - Risk & Issue Management - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Lead issue resolution efforts and escalate concerns when necessary. - Implement corrective actions to maintain project success and client satisfaction. - Continuous Improvement - Contribute to project management best practices and process improvements. - Support organizational initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and client success. - Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support long-term growth. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects. - Experience with Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Proven experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. - Experience supporting Process Manufacturing and/or Distribution Manufacturing organizations. - Bachelor's degree required. - PMP Certification required. - Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes (preferred). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills (preferred). - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting environment (preferred).
