• Prospectar e desenvolver construtoras, incorporadoras e empresas do segmento imobiliário na região Nordeste; • Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais em obras, escritórios de engenharia, arquitetura e compras; • Identificar oportunidades desde a fase de projeto até a execução da obra; • Desenvolver relacionamento com engenheiros, arquitetos, compradores, coordenadores de obras e decisores; • Elaborar e acompanhar propostas comerciais e negociações; • Gerenciar o funil de vendas e os projetos em andamento; • Realizar apresentações técnicas dos produtos e suas aplicações; • Acompanhar especificações, testes e homologações de produtos; • Trabalhar em conjunto com a Rede de Obras e demais ferramentas de inteligência comercial para identificação de oportunidades; • Garantir o acompanhamento das obras até a efetivação da venda; • Manter CRM atualizado e apresentar relatórios periódicos de visitas e oportunidades.

- Experiência em vendas externas B2B
- Experiência com construtoras, incorporadoras, obras ou mercado de construção civil
- Facilidade para relacionamento com engenheiros, arquitetos e compradores
- CNH válida e disponibilidade para viagens
- Veículo próprio
- Perfil consultivo, negociador e orientado para resultados
- Experiência com vendas para construtoras e incorporadoras
- Carteira de relacionamento no segmento da construção civil
- Conhecimento em acabamentos, revestimentos, rodapés, perfis, pisos ou materiais de construção
- Vivência com especificação técnica de produtos
