Territory Sales Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and key accounts • Travel extensively (up to 80%) to maintain face-to-face engagement • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities • Plan efficient travel routes to maximize territory coverage • Support trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives • Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and CRM updates • Manage territory budgets and expenses responsibly • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer representatives • Make sound business decisions that align with company objectives • All other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Must reside within assigned territory region
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
