• Join a National Top Workplace • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering innovative, scalable, and technically robust loyalty marketing solutions. • This role is critical in building custom components and advanced integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to enable automated, personalized, and data-driven engagement for our clients. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including strategy, data, and client services to translate business needs into technical execution.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in both administrative and development capacities.
  • Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
  • Experience with campaign execution, deliverability monitoring, segmentation, and subscriber management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence along with the ability to build custom reports, queries, and automations
  • Experience managing support tickets and development requests; ability to prioritize work based on business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating business needs into technical tasks. Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
