• Own and evolve multi-cloud architecture across AWS and Azure • Scale a high-growth B2B SaaS platform to enterprise-grade reliability, performance, and security standards • Lead cloud security, compliance, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization • Architect for global expansion, portability, and system decoupling • Optimize ML and cloud compute infrastructure (including GPU/CPU workloads) • Establish scaling runbooks, KPIs, and operational best practices • Provide architectural leadership across major product initiatives • Lead and scale engineering teams while aligning infrastructure with business objectives

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles. • Manage a team of 6 to 8 technical consultants responsible for oversight and escalation support on team members projects • Work with delivery leadership to ensure successful project outcomes using business defined KPI’s • Ensure projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations. • Design and implement complex, mission-critical transformational enterprise grade technical solutions for clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders, this can include both technical documentation and non-technical documentation. • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their needs • Create and present solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations to clients’ senior leadership teams. • Develop and maintain Technical Roadmaps and Services Portfolio. • Actively lead collaboration within our technical communities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-based infrastructure in AWS (EKS, SQS, DocumentDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Lambdas) • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms • Automate the provisioning of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or ARM templates • Define and implement strategies for load balancing, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and failover for cloud environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security of cloud environments • Enhancing DevX • Helping with instrumentation of cloud monitoring and alerting solutions • Work with the security team to implement security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, encryption, and compliance controls within the cloud infrastructure • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
