Sales Manager – Industrial Hot Air & Infrared Technology

• Technical and commercial support and consulting for customers from industry and trade in postal code areas 7 and 8 • Expand relationships with established customers and acquire new customers • Identify customer needs, present and sell complex products, particularly in the area of process heat • Responsible for preparing quotations and negotiating them through to contract conclusion • Ensure an outstanding customer experience and actively contribute to the development of new regional sales strategies

Job Requirements

  • Technical background, e.g. a completed technical apprenticeship or a degree, ideally in electrical engineering or thermal engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or selling technically demanding products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation, decision-making and persuasion skills
  • Strategic thinking, an independent working style, commitment and attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory – multi-day overnight stays per week are to be expected
