Sales Support – Inside Sales (Hotel Sector), DAZN Project

LoyaltyEffect GmbH

• Research suitable hotels and hotel groups • Build and maintain structured lead lists • Research relevant contacts and decision-makers • Initial contact with potential corporate customers by phone and in writing • Pre-qualify leads: Are there already sports broadcasts? Is there interest? When would be the right time? • Arrange and prepare qualified appointments for the DAZN field sales team • Maintain contacts, call notes and follow-ups in the CRM • Support with proposals, inquiries and follow-up actions • Occasional support at events, trade shows or client meetings

Job Requirements

  • Some experience in the B2B area or ideally professional experience in hospitality (e.g., reception, sales, reservations, F&B, executive assistance, or similar)
  • Enjoy communicating and speaking on the phone
  • Not afraid of cold calling
  • Interest in sports – football knowledge is definitely an advantage
  • Structured and reliable working style
  • Strong research skills and organizational talent
  • Very good German language skills; English is an advantage (depending on the hotel portfolio)
  • Confident use of common Office tools
  • CRM experience is a plus but not required
