• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (development, data, product, etc.) • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and structure feedback in an agile and organized manner • Use recruitment platforms independently (Gupy, Geekhunter and similar) • Map and proactively source candidates across different channels • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive experience at every stage • Support the creation and analysis of recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.) • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align expectations

• Je begint met het screenen van cv’s en helpt bij het publiceren van vacatures op verschillende platformen. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken en onderhoud je contact met kandidaten om hen door het proces te begeleiden. • Je krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om je bezig te houden met verschillende backoffice taken, zoals het beheren en organiseren van documenten, het bijhouden van administratieve processen en het ondersteunen van onze dagelijkse operationele activiteiten.

• Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing tools • Conduct market research and talent mapping for engineering, software, defense, and technical positions • Review resumes and help identify candidates who meet position requirements • Assist with candidate outreach and scheduling phone screens and interviews • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Format and organize interview guides, candidate scorecards, and hiring documentation within established templates • Help maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support job posting creation and updates across multiple recruiting platforms • Assist with candidate experience initiatives and recruiting process improvements • Participate in recruiting strategy discussions and workforce planning activities • Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn, company website content, and recruiting campaigns.
